How many time zones in Canada?

Answer : Canada has six time zones. From west to east, the time zones in Canada are:

  1. Pacific Time (PT)
  2. Mountain Time (MT)
  3. Central Time (CT)
  4. Eastern Time (ET)
  5. Atlantic Time (AT)
  6. Newfoundland Time (NT)

It’s crucial to remember that some parts of Canada, like the southeast of British Columbia, follow Pacific Time, and other parts, like the majority of Saskatchewan, follow Mountain Time. The time zones for the Canadian territories of Yukon and Nunavut are different from those in the provinces.
